On March 3rd, Katowice hosted the Forbes Diamonds 2025 Gala, recognizing the fastest-growing companies in the Silesian region. Winged IT earned a spot among the top businesses in the “5 to 50 million PLN revenue” category! Our CEO, Wiktor Tarnawski, and COO, Anna Stolarz, proudly accepted the awards on stage.

Forbes editorial team, together with Dun & Bradstreet Poland, compiled this prestigious ranking for the 17th time. Its goal is to create a list of the fastest-growing companies in Poland. A thorough research is carried out and confirmed by the market-leading Debtor Register BIG InfoMonitor.
They evaluated companies based on growth dynamics, financial credibility, market reputation, know-how, and intellectual capital. Winged IT stood out thanks to our consistent development strategy, strong market presence, and trusted partnerships.
Katowice’s Gaming and Technology Hub
Beyond the award, the gala gave us the chance to participate in key discussions and interviews. Highlights included our meeting with the Deputy Mayor of Katowice, Jarosław Makowski, about the city’s major investment – the Gaming and Technology Hub.
This billion-zloty project aims to attract global players in gaming, e-sports, and artificial intelligence. It will feature labs, recording studios, production facilities, and coworking spaces to form a complete innovation ecosystem for the tech industry.
Katowice’s Mayor, Marcin Krupa, shared that interest in the project is strong, including companies from Fortune 500 list. Moreover, Marcin Nowak, Vice President of the Managing Entity, confirmed that conversations with several major global brands are already underway.
