That is why we are proud to announce that Winged IT has officially joined the Association of Business Service Leaders, the leading organization representing the modern business services sector in the country.
What is ABSL?
The Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL) is one of the most influential organizations supporting the growth of the modern business services sector in Poland. The association brings together over 260 of the largest companies operating in shared services, business process outsourcing, IT outsourcing, and Research & Development centers.
The sector represented by ABSL employs more than 457,000 professionals, making it one of the most dynamic and rapidly growing industries in the country.
ABSL’s mission is to develop the potential of the business services sector and create conditions for its sustainable growth in Poland. The organization works closely with government representatives, public institutions, universities, and local communities to improve the investment climate, support talent development, and ensure stable and competitive conditions for businesses.
At the same time, ABSL plays a key role in building a strong community for knowledge sharing and cooperation. Every year, the organization hosts more than 100 industry events, conferences, workshops, and working groups, creating numerous opportunities for networking, learning, and exchanging best practices.
