Yesterday we had the pleasure of attending the Festiwal Pracuj.pl in Warsaw. The event brought together HR experts, business leaders, and labor market practitioners who shared their perspectives on the changes shaping today’s world of work.

During the event, we had the opportunity to attend several inspiring presentations delivered by experts invited by Pracuj.pl. Particularly interesting was the Talent & Trends Zone, where discussions focused on the latest trends in talent management, candidate and employee experience, and future competencies.
The event was also a great opportunity to connect with professionals who help shape the modern labor market. We especially appreciated the chance to exchange insights with Kinga Howaniec and Oscar Torres, with whom we also had the pleasure of taking a photo.
