This year HR Tech Summit was dominated by inspiring discussions about the digital revolution in HR including among others HR processes automation, chatbots, AI in recruitment and tips how to communicate with ‘candidate 4.0’.
We are also much more convinced after this event that robots will not replace humans in recruitment ;), contrarily – people will benefit from machines usage which will accelerate our activities!

And answering a question ‘should HR be TECH nowadays?’ we would say definitely yes, at least from our perspective!

We are about to enter a new HR market reality and definitely have to be on our toes!
