Award-winning iGaming platform provider, GR8 Tech, inaugurated its newest hub in Warsaw, Poland, on June 6. Committed to a remote-first approach since the Covid-19 pandemic, GR8 Tech continues to support its diverse international tech teams by offering flexible and comfortable working conditions.
In addition to facilitating home office setups, the company provides local hubs in strategic locations where employees are concentrated and where IT recruitment activities are ongoing. These hubs, now available in several European locations including Cyprus, Czechia, and Poland, offer employees the option to work in an office-like environment if they prefer.
This initiative is part of GR8 Tech’s continuous efforts to ensure optimal working conditions for its employees, regardless of their chosen location. These efforts were recently acknowledged with the Best Workplace 2024 award by SiGMA Americas Awards. The new Warsaw hub will serve as a convenient workspace for the numerous specialists already based in Poland, as well as new hires. It will also be available to any GR8 Tech employees traveling internationally who need a professional environment to work from.
The opening of the Warsaw hub aligns with GR8 Tech’s broader strategic initiatives across Europe and specifically in Poland. Recently, GR8 Tech participated as a technology partner in the largest Polish IT festival, Code Europe, held on June 10-11 in Krakow, where Chief Talent Officer Tetiana Davydova gave a talk on “Mastering the Science of Negotiation: Secrets to Successful Dialogue in Tech.”
