The end of summer was a busy and exciting time for Winged IT. Over the past two weeks, we had an opportunity of participating in two major international summits in Poland, both organized by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH): the Poland–Saudi Arabia Investment Forum and PAIH China Meeting.

PAIH, a Polish government agency, plays a crucial role in positioning Poland as an attractive destination for foreign investment and supporting the global expansion of Polish enterprises. Earlier this year, we also joined PAIH at other events such as GITEX Europe in Berlin Oslo Tech Show.

Poland – Saudi Arabia Investment Forum

Last week, our COO, Anna Stolarz, participated in the Poland–Saudi Arabia Investment Forum, joining government officials and industry leaders to discuss potential collaborations and investment opportunities.

As Polish Secretary of State Jacek Czerniak emphasized during the opening ceremony, “Today’s event is another step towards strengthening Polish-Saudi ties. I am convinced that it will bring tangible results in the form of new contracts, investments and joint projects”.

The Forum provided networking opportunities and covered a wide range of sectors, from construction to food processing. For us, the most engaging discussions centered on information and communications technology, particularly under the theme Building a Secure, Available & Smart Playable Future.” We exchanged views on the investment potential between Poland and Saudi Arabia, as well as opportunities for partnerships.

Moreover, a day before the Forum, we had the honor of meeting with Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, Minister of Investment of Saudi Arabia, where we discussed synergies in IT and cybersecurity markets – key areas for future collaboration.

PAIH China Meeting

We also had the opportunity to take part in a official government meeting organized by PAIH, held in the framework of the Poland–China Intergovernmental Committee. The meeting was synchronized with the official visit of Chinese Minister of Foreign Affairs Wang Yi to Poland.

Winged IT was among the select group of representatives invited to join the discussion. In fact, only six companies were chosen to participate in this exclusive session, which made the exchange even more valuable. The conversations focused on exploring the investment potential between Polish and Chinese businesses, identifying areas of mutual interest, and considering practical ways to strengthen cooperation in technology, innovation, and beyond.

Connecting Markets Through Poland

Participating in PAIH-organized events gave Winged IT the opportunity to showcase how Poland can act as a gateway to global markets, while demonstrating our commitment to helping international companies establish and grow their presence in the country.

These engagements reflect the core mission of Winged IT and our initiative, Do IT in Poland: promoting Poland as a center of technological excellence and supporting foreign enterprises in expanding through strategic partnerships and meaningful connections.
