Last week we were at Web Summit in Lisbon, and this week we continued our busy November in Stockholm at the Swedish-Polish Business Summit, an invitation-only event where we were present thanks to our membership in the #CyberMadeInPoland cluster.
This inaugural summit in Stockholm aimed to strengthen the already robust and steadily growing connection between Sweden and Poland, and we were excited to be part of it.
Talk on Action and Cybersecurity
The Swedish-Polish Business Summit opened with impactful speeches and talks from Polish and Swedish ministers, founders, and leaders representing both private and public sectors. They highlighted the importance of fast action, Europe’s position in global security and development, and the many areas in which our countries can collaborate even more effectively.
One frequently mentioned example of successful cooperation was Klarna and the opening of its tech hub in Warsaw — a project we at Winged IT have proudly supported from the very beginning.

Digitalization, Cybersecurity, and Tech Talents
The summit also featured roundtable sessions where representatives of leading organizations and companies discussed key topics. One of the central themes was digitalization and cybersecurity. Among the most important points raised was the growing challenge of attracting and securing top tech talent, an area that is increasingly critical for both countries.
This is exactly where Winged IT brings value. With our expertise and talent-focused model, we are well-positioned to support Swedish organizations in meeting these needs and building strong, future-ready teams.
