Last week, we had the pleasure of attending the 20th edition of Infoshare as part of the booth of the Silesian Voivodeship and Business in Silesia, proudly representing the strength of the Polish tech ecosystem and the growing innovation power of the region.
Infoshare is known as one of the InfoShare has long been recognized as one of the most important tech events in the CEE region, and this year clearly showed that it has the potential to become one of Europe’s leading technology conferences. So, let’s take a look at what we experienced there.
Networking Above the City: Welcome Cocktail at Olivia Star
One of the highlights was the Welcome Cocktail held at Olivia Star on the 33rd floor, where we had the chance to admire the stunning panorama of Gdańsk.
Beyond networking with fellow partners, investors, and representatives from our shared booth, we also listened to a short presentation with Prof. Andrew A. Michta, a Polish-American political scientist, titled “Poland’s Success Story: A View from Across the Atlantic.”
He shared an international perspective on how Poland has transformed over the last decades. As he emphasized, the scale of change is remarkable. Poland has not only caught up with many European countries economically and technologically, but in many areas has surpassed them.
Strong examples supporting this statement include the fact that Poland is now among the world’s top 20 economies, Polish developers are recognized worldwide for their expertise, and an increasing number of international companies are choosing to expand their operations in Poland.

Winged IT Presence at Infoshare: Recruitment and Cybersecurity
Over the two days of the fair, we had the pleasure of speaking with a wide range of visitors — from business leaders and investors to academics, students, and young professionals. We also attended several inspiring talks from various industries, ranging from the space sector to innovation and emerging technologies.
The conversations at our booth quickly turned into something much bigger than standard networking. Students came to us curious about how to start their careers in IT and what the industry really looks like behind the scenes. Developers shared their experiences, asked about new opportunities, and discussed the future of tech with us.
At the same time, we had the chance to speak with stakeholders and business representatives about potential partnerships, collaborations in recruitment, and cybersecurity. What was especially exciting was the number of international companies interested not only in our organization, but also in Poland itself as a growing hub for technology.
Although our booth may have been small, it attracted a lot of attention! Part of that definitely came from our giveaway — visitors had a chance to win a LEGO airplane set, symbolizing our long-term motto: “Fly high with us.” And anyone who thinks LEGO is a thing of the past should have seen the long line of people eager to join!

Shared Experiences & Valuable Connections
We are truly grateful to have been part of such a special anniversary edition of Infoshare. Sharing knowledge about the Polish IT sector, connecting with startups and young talents, and meeting people with similar experiences are always something we highly value.
The fair itself, the official networking events, and even the informal after-hours conversations made this an unforgettable experience! A huge thank you goes to the Silesian Voivodeship for selecting us to participate and for organizing such a well-prepared business mission.
Next Destination: Madrid & London
And we’re not slowing down yet. As we mentioned on our LinkedIn (if you’re not following us there, now you know you should!), the travel season continues. Next month, you’ll be able to meet us in Madrid at South Summit and in London during London Tech Week.
See you there!
