Winged IT recently attended the UMIEJĘTNOŚCI CYFROWE 2024.pl conference at the invitation of Włodzimierz Marciński, the leader of the PoLAND of IT masters project. This event focused on exploring how to find, shape, and leverage digital talents, and brought together leading figures in the digital domain.

The conference aimed to delve into the identification, cultivation, and utilization of the potential of Polish IT specialists in various sectors, including science, education, and the real economy. An exciting highlight was the announcement of the 7th edition of LIST 100 ‘2023, recognizing 100 individuals who significantly contributed to advancing digital competencies in Poland. Additionally, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digitization Krzysztof Gawkowski delivered a compelling speech addressing current challenges in the digital landscape.

The conference provided a platform for engaging conversations, networking opportunities, and knowledge enrichment, furthering our understanding of digital talents. It emphasized the importance of fostering a robust ecosystem for encouraging the potential of digital expertise in Poland. On top of that, we also had the opportunity to chat with participants about what we know about most: Tech Professionals’ Recruitment and building Tech Teams in Poland, and why it is crucial for our country to nurture its digital talents and create the conditions for their development.
