Paula Pyrcz

From the beginning of her career, Paula has been associated with recruitment for the IT industry. She gained experience by recruiting for Polish and international Tech companies, startups, and IT departments. At work – though not only – she focuses on seeking solutions (which she usually finds) and the authenticity of the relationships she builds.

She is a graduate of Psychology and Russian Philology at the University of Warsaw, now during her PhD studies. A big enthusiast of popularizing science and critical thinking. For the longest time, she has been actively involved in the extension of the psychology outreach, to which she gladly returns in her free time.
