The Client is a globally recognized leader in software solutions and services. With over 30 years of expertise in wealth management, life insurance, and funds administration, they employ a robust team of over 1,500 professionals across 16 international offices. The technology center in Warsaw, Poland, employs over 150 specialized IT experts.
Challenge
The Client expanded its operations in Poland, but soon encountered a significant challenge. The high demand for FinTech-experienced IT professionals, such as software engineers and test automation specialists, made recruitment a complex process that required a deep understanding of the market and flawless execution.
Solution
